Old school in box set form!.

Classic title come to an affordable, cool looking box set! This series rivaled DBZ for ratings back in Japan and its not hard to see why. The adventures of Yusuke Urameshi and his team of unique characters go up against those who threaten the stability of the 3 worlds. The adventure starts and it only get wilder!

A Great Series But If You Have The Original Dvds Don't Bother.

I'm sure by now most anime fans know the storyline of this series. Yusuke a delinquent 15 year old school kid is killed by a car but after speaking with Koenma a child-looking spirit lord he's brought back to life after a few quests and becomes the Spirit Detective of Earth. As a spirit detective Yusuke's job is to protect humans from the demons and spirits who sneak into the living world and try to wreak havoc on earth. I just want to give a heads up to anyone who's already bought the first season single dvds. There is no difference with the ones that were single dvds an the first season box set if you've never bought any of the dvds than yes I say get this first season box set but if you already own the first season dvds from before just keep those. To the new viewers of this show I say if you like supernatural action-packed fighting animes with the powerful demons and evil spirits try the first season and see if it's to your liking I think you'll be very happy to have gotten this box set.
